Origin
Originating from the Amish Schrock decedents of Arthur, IL. -- (once known as
Schrag prior to immigrating to the US from Switzerland). These descendent’s
eventually migrated throughout the United States.
The Amish are well known for their hard work ethics. The act of Schrock and Roll
is accomplished through the meeting of various influences that embodied a
merging of the Amish work fury with modern English influence.
The origins of Schrock and Roll have been fiercely debated by commentators
and historians. Experts are in general agreement that it arose in the Southern
United States (mainly the Suncoast area of Florida) – a region which would
produce most of the major early Schrock and Roll events.
